Similar to the Power Vinyasa classes with some extra emphasis on opening poses (stretching).  This class is optimal for everyone - but is especially beneficial for athletes of every sort or anyone who struggles with flexibility issues.  Move, sweat (Vinyasa) and find some space in your body (Yin).
